We want every order from Huda Taibah to be a quiet pleasure. If something isn't right, here's how to make it right.

14-day return window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

What we can accept

• Tasbeeh, prayer mats, thobes, hijabs, and dry goods — unused, in original packaging

• Gift sets — if the seal is intact and contents untouched

What we can't accept (for hygiene and authenticity reasons)

• Opened attars or perfume oils

• Lit or partially used bakhoor and incense

• Sealed items where the tamper-evident seal has been broken

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a full replacement or refund — no return shipping required.

How to start a return

Message Ibrahim on WhatsApp at +966 50 979 4651 with your order number and a photo. We'll send a return label or arrange pickup within Madinah.

Refunds

Once the item arrives back with us, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
